We composed the opening and closing theme, and incidental theme for BBC One’s prime time Saturday night TV show ‘Let It Shine’.
The 8 part series, hosted by Graham Norton and Mel Giedroyc, has Gary Barlow at the helm as he casts the net to find a boy band to perform in a brand new stage musical, which features the music of Take That.
We were asked to present a contemporary theme for the show in a pitch against many of the UK’s top TV composers, and Mcasso composer Richard Atkinson was successful after Gary Barlow’s approval.
