Our work for the Radio Industry, including complete Radio Imaging packages and one-off projects for stations.
We have developed a tried and tested method of working with Radio Stations, which has resulted in successful branding outcomes for National Broadcast Stations and individual imaging packages.
A particular strength we have in this area, is that our team of composers can work together to provide a variety of arrangements all within a single musical palette, which can be adapted across the content requirements.
We initially won a landmark open pitch in 2009 to provide an imaging package which would, for the first time, be played across all 40 BBC Local Radio Stations in the UK. All Stations needed to have a unique sound within the musical palette, which allowed each Station to retain its identity, whilst clearly still being part of the overall BBC Local Radio sound. Following 6 years of the original package, we were very pleased to win another open pitch to compose an entirely new BBC Local Radio Package in 2015.
Since winning the new BBC Local Radio Package, we have recently won pitches for BBC World Service, BBC Radio 4Extra and BBC Radio 3's newly titled 'After Dark' late zone.
Alongside more complex packages, we enjoy being involved in smaller projects, working with Radio Stations and their DJs to create individual tracks, and are more than happy to invite Voiceover Artists and Singers into our Central London studios to record vocals whether spoken or sung.
